I use an eclectic approach when it comes to each client – to be able to help them establish their own goals and to help them in understanding how to be able to get there. I enjoy using many different approaches, whether it be through the use of art therapy or something more concrete such as cognitive behavioral therapy to be able to reach each goal.
Therapy isn’t a place where I have answers to your questions. Therapy is a place where you are able to discover which answers work best for you because they are from you. It’s easy to get lost in the struggle of life and to forget what you want to work towards, however, if we make the map, I’ll hold the flashlight and together we can work to get to your dreams.
